Imm 2007 in Cologne is carried out this week. It presents the star architect Zaha Hadid and the megadesigner Naoto Fukasawa who’s built the ideal houses of 2007 at the exhibition. Hadid’s jointly designed an organic cube together with Patrik Schumacher. They’ve tried to create a compact house system but still with a complex symmetry. A living and vivid house with a lot of transparency is the fascinating result.

Naoto Fukasawa (speaker at FutureDesignDays 2005) focuses on the interior design. He’s worked with the interaction between human being and nature. As usually his design is super clean yet functional. See the results irl at Imm in Cologne 15-21 January.
