Pinc House, together with Peak Performance, launched the new house XTR at last year’s FutureDesignDays. Now they fulfil their design and concept developing strategy by creating a whole new strategic business unit – Pinc House Development. The primary assignments will include lifestyle facilities, resorts and large residential areas, all on the international market. Already now they’ve got projects running. We all look forward to see what the Creative Director Jan Rutensköld & Co are about to create.
