| Hani Rashid’s Asymptote presents new project in Malaysia |
| The owner and founder of the architect office Asymptote, Hani Rashid (speaker at FutureDesignDays 2004), presents another major Asian project. It’s a complex situated in Penang, Malaysia – part of the recently created Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) along Malaysia’s northern border. Penang is trying to do what Bilbao, Abu Dhabi and in some way even Malmö did – using architecture to be known globally.
