The artists Zandra Ahl (inaugural speaker at FutureDesignDays 2005 and former co-worker at FutureLab) and Catti Brandelius will share the premises at the newborn gallery Crystal Palace in Stockholm. The exhibition, as well as the official website, will open on Thursday 15 November. Still Life / Queen or Mental is the name of the exhibition and Zandra Ahl is the artist behind Still Life, a new series of vases – all built up by ready-mades and mass-produced materials re-created into unique objects. Catti Brandelius is on the other hand behind the Queen or Mental part of the exhibition. Through her art she asks inconvenient questions about our contemporaries and what we consider to be accepted truths. Still Life / Queen or Mental is the second exhibition at Crystal Palace, located at Karlbergsvägen 44, close to St Eriksplan, in Stockholm. The exhibition will be open 15 November – 21 December 2007.
