Twenty-first century design by Marcus Fairs

In the end of 2006 Marcus Fairs (Expert commentator at FutureDesignDays 2005) made his debute as author. As an former editor at Icon Magazine the qualifications was of course already there. His book Twenty-first century design has already got some approval. For example Sunday Telegraph writes “Marcus Fairs knows a thing or two about design”. If you want to know a little bit more about the design zeitgeist, movements and styles of the first years of this century, this is the book to get your hands on. Designers presented in the book includes Zaha Hadid, Tom Dixon, Norman Foster, Jasper Morrison and Marcel Wanders (who’s also written an exclusive foreword). You can also read about up and coming designers and architects like Ora-Ïto, Maarten Baas and Ineke Hans. The book is really easy to read and is written in layman’s terms. Our suggestion is: go get it!
